What data we collect

Only the email address you enter in the waitlist form and the date you signed up. The site uses no profiling cookies or analytics tools, and fonts are hosted on our own domain. Your language choice is stored only in your browser.

Why and on what basis

To email you when Tondo becomes available. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

For how long

Until launch and for 6 months afterwards, or until you withdraw consent, if earlier.

Who we share it with

With the technical providers that host the site and the database (Cloudflare, Render, Neon), appointed as processors. We don't sell data. If a provider is based outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to apptondo@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante: garanteprivacy.it).
